Compost Bins Descriptions
We describe the physical properties, types, geometry and volume size of our compost bins.
The Mellow Compost Lab (MCL) has a total capacity of 1520L and five compost bins of three different types. The compost bins parameters and attributes are important in the MCL project to provide a baseline and consistency in measurements, data analysis, insights and error management.
For ease of reference, we labelled our compost bins as shown in the table below
